Shipping policy

Every order ships from our warehouses in the United States. We currently deliver to US addresses only.

U.S. shipping rates

Orders under $50
Standard Shipping: $7.99, usually 3 to 5 business days
Expedited Shipping: $11.49, usually 2 business days

Orders of $50 or more
Standard Shipping: FREE, usually 3 to 5 business days
Expedited Shipping: $2.99, usually 2 business days

The $50 is your order total after discounts, before shipping and tax.

When your order ships

We check each order and send it to our warehouse, usually within a few hours, every day of the week. Most orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays, and delivery times are counted from when your order leaves the warehouse.

Track your order

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Please keep an eye on it around your delivery day. Lyon Lash is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered, but get in touch and we will do what we can to help.
